K&CompanySmash Bands, Blue

I don't 5 star love these but I 4 stars like em (stay tuned to find out why, or if you can't wait just skip to the bottom)I use these to keep my Galaxy Tab S3 tablet case (9.7 inches in case you need that for reference about what these bands will fit around/be too big for) closed because somehow I found the only tablet case in the free world that DOESN'T stay closed magnetically.But, happy accident. I think the black and white band really adds some fun flair to the tablet case and I actually like the case BETTER with the band around it.These bands are strong and feel like they won't break.Here's my only problem. The blue one isn't cut perfectly straight. Most people wouldn't notice but I did and when I get to thinkin about it I have to calm myself down and just repeat FWP (first world problem) lol. You'll see what I mean in the photos.Yeah, I'd buy em again but I'd be a little mad at myself for it. But, man, I can't find ANYTHING else anywhere on the internet like this. Not this thick or not something that'll fit all the way around a tablet.If this company offered a more colors and the bands were cut on machine I'd be over the moon. I'd probably buy 15 different colors and spend 5 minutes removing them to use my tablet and then 5 more minutes putting them all back on. lmao. I probably would actually.

One of those things that you find and think why didn't I think of that and now I've just helped make someone who could have been me if I was more creative a millionaire. I bought these because I'm a journaler who also sometimes rips stuff out of magazines and I end up shedding slips of paper like a snake sheds skin. Anyway, I used this to bind my journals that don't come with the elastic closure (looking at you Baron Fig, though I love you).I like that this is a two-pack and that it's two different-looking bands. One had been in use about 9 months. It was a little dirty, but hadn't lost it's tautness when I unfortunately left it on an airplane. So I'm down to the other. I'll re-buy because the price is reasonable and I feel like there's other uses for them. Plus, it makes me feel very Real Simple, which - let me tell you - is as close to living that organizational fantasyland that I'm going to get.

These rubber bands are sturdy! I am using them with an 8.5x11 notebook planner from Sugar Paper.I wish they came in more color options and there also appeared to be writing transferred onto my bands which is why they only got 4 stars.

These two bands were under $3 when I purchased them, which is a steal compared to other journal keep-it-together holders that I've seen. However, within 12 hours, the black and white band was starting to wear; more specifically, the black was coming off. These bands remind me of exercise bands, and the blue band wasn't cut in a straight line (which looks a little tacky). I refuse to pay for return shipping. If worse comes to worse I can always use for an arm workout:-)

It's okay. Does the job. I used it for Northbook notebook which has 96 pages (48 sheets). The band fits just right. If your notebook is thicker, the band is going to make marks on your notebook cover because it is really elastic.

I bought these quite awhile ago and they have not broken nor faded in any way. I've used these to hold my books, binders, journals, Filofax and a M Arc by Staples closed, and so far they have held up pretty well. I also put a duckie brad on them to make a little more leading to the eye and so everyone thinks these are adorable and asks where they can buy them at! Plus, the price wasn't too bad either and they do what they say they will do.

Love these for my daily planner and a little journal. I carry them both around on a regular basis and this helps keep them closed perfectly. I hate ripping my pages and this is a solution!
