My first impression is light. It is easy to hold but some edges are not well polished. Construction Is simple. However, a minor mark is found near inner fan.In terms of volume, it fits 2 large, 2 medium and 2 small Tupperware, plus 2 bottles of 750ml and 2 bottles of 500ml. Good amount of storage for 2-3 days trip. Will update in the summer for real world experience.Stay tuned.Test two times, with 50% frozen items, it draws average 65w power. Within two hours, it drops from 100% to 45% on jackery 240. So less than 4 hours, the battery is dead.

When we removed this from the box it looked like it had been used. The lock was damaged and not usable. The power cord was missing. The overall condition was scuffed, scratched and dirty. We are intending to return this if it can not be fixed. There was also no manual with this.

I am a mailman for the USPS. During these blazing summer days, I need cold drinks throughout the day. This has been a lifesaver. I have only tried it on the cool option. In the winter/colder days, I will try the warming function. The only downside is it can fit only about 5 drinks, depending on sizes. I out 3 water bottles, 1 mini Gatorade bottle, and a small ziploc of fruits, or my lunch. It is definitely worth it to me.

I was looking for something that would sit behind the front seats on the floor and still be accessible. I use it for my Honda Ridgeline Pickup. I just leave it plugged in while I am driving around. I do a lot of the grocery buying, so I just throw the frozen stuff in there. On a trip if you leave the lid opening facing towards the middle, it can be reached from the front seat to grab snacks, etc. I have only had it for 6 months, so I have no idea how long it will work, but it is made in Canada and I think they put a little more quality into their stuff. (My wife is Canadian, so she thinks so.) The mechanical parts probably come from China however.
