TACTACAMReveal XB Cellular Trail Camera, No Glow - Verizon & AT&T

The media could not be loaded.  Works great, videos are wonderful, no service issues. We do have 7, 1 has a date issue(same date and time on all pictures and videos) but works with no problem. I’m posting a video from the camera.

We had a problem getting it set up because I couldn’t follow the instructions. My son had to come set it up for me. I had gotten far enough along that I paid for the service. He canceled my account and started all over again and even paid for it. I was supposed to get the charges on my credit card refunded but it looks like that is not going to happen. My wife and I do enjoy looking at the pictures. We have pictures of deer, raccoons, fox, possum, armadillo, hawks and other birds. The birds have been during daylight and pictures of deer day and night. The daytime pictures are very sharp.

A little pricey per year. I’d go month to month. Awesome picture quality. Takes a little bit to get setup. Good battery life. I’d buy more for sure.

This is a great camera for off grid locations. As long as you have a cellular signal. I own property that has no electric where I need cameras. This thing has been exactly what I need and wish they offered discounts on multiple unit purchases. The downside is you need to pay for each cameras service individually per month. I feel they need to provide some type of compensation for customers purchasing multiple units from them. Also when the sun rises I noticed this camera goes off sending pictures the whole time the sun is in a certain spot resulting in using about 16 pics. You only pay for a certain amount per month. Even if you adjust the sensitivity it MAY take up to 24hrs to change. And if you request a HD pic or video you need to wait until the next check in time which could be the next day. I feel there should be a way to get this sent immediately. Also you can't request a picture at any certain times. Only if movement and it goes off or check in time which you can't choose. Overall great concept but hoping they upgrade certain features mentioned here.

I bought this camera in April 2022. Great camera with the solar panel. The last few weeks my pics are coming out like this. It’s not from fog or cold weather due to it was 80 degrees when this pic was taken. Last time I was out there I used a lens wipe and cleaned it. Not sure what is going on.

As the title says, I’m disappointed that the picture quality on the app isn’t very good, but overall, I’m pleased with how well the camera does work and I can’t wait to see what’s in the SD card

I use this outside of my project home to see who is coming and going. Works great and the battery life is great

This is my 2nd reveal Xb camera. 1st one works pretty good ( not as good as my reconyx) . But due to the cost difference I was happy & that led me to buy a 2nd one . I could not get this 2nd one to take or send a pic. I called customer service several times with no answer . I emailed them 2 days ago still no reply. After trying to fix it myself I found the San disk c-10 u-3 64mb card would not work in the camera . So I bought another sand dish c-10 u-3 32 mb card and it WORKS . So make sure you have card that’s not to big and the right kind. These cameras are picky about the card. I don’t blame the camera for this but I did find out their cust support seems non existent . That alone means something to me.Update ** 2 weeks and still no reply from customer service. Over all the camera is not bad ( after I figured out the problem) but do not expect any customer service from this company if you need it . **
