Q: how to change the battery

Turn watch over,you will see a Stainless Steel back plate held down with 4 pozi screws. Remove the 4 screws with a jewelers pozi screwdriver. Underneath back plate you will see a round sticky piece of tape with battery instructions. Remove tape, replace battery of the correct voltage following the direction of the plus and minus signs on battery.
