This was discounted to 20 for size 3000 exclusively used for bass fishing.It's noisy with my braid. I'm not sure if it's the line rub resonating because of the roller not working but it's noisy when reeling in .Nice and light and the action smooth but that's about It .-------Update since last review to 5 stars.Long term over summer, it's a great reel. Simple yet strong and very light. I have the 3k and probably the best spinning reel I've owned. The initial noise problems was my braid on the rings.It got submerged so I had to strip and clean but it was dry inside . Easy so strip and maintain and simple construction therefore should last years.I've bought 2 so I can keep a spare spool and have a spare body for parts.

Overall not a bad reel, and has landed me some fairly hard fighting large wild brown trout of around 3kg +After using this reel for approx 3 weeks now, I've noticed the bail arm sticking and not engaging as well as it should and the enamel paint is beginning to chip.Good reel to get started, though probably worth forking out an extra £20 for a better model.

This is an amazing small Reel it does everything that's needed the clutch is also really smooth great item

A surprisingly good reel, feels smooth and effortless, better than I thought it would be compared to other reels in this price range I have purchased. Will get another.

I’m disappointed in this entry level reel from Abu. Everything I’ve had from them has been quality and a good price, but this reel broke on its first use, and on the handle side so it punched a hole in my hand. The quality is really first and cheap.

Used a few times now, smooth easy retrieve, looks good and works well. Plenty strong enough for handling up to 10lbs .

All in a nice little package for the price. Very smooth particularly at this price point. Spool is very shallow but shouldn't be an issue given the type of fishing it's for. The two main issues I have are the arm doesn't tighten down when folded up for storage tightening it in the folded position doesn't lock it in place it moves it back to the ready position.The second issue is the bail arm can be stiff to close after casting. Not a major issue but it certainly is a bit of a niggle. But I've had no problems fishing with and playing fish on this reel so overall a decent option.

Tamaño bien, como yo quería. Tampoco para meter 500 metros de hilo pq no los necesito para la pesca que hago. Perfecto y pesa poco. El freno va muy bien, y la manivela no me gusta mucho pero conjunto no está nada mal.
