Bars are far away from any standard and its for kids size not for adults.Weights are not having the standard hole size so you have to use this with this bars only.Length and width of bar is annoying even the curve one is short.

Three and half stars for weights and rods,half for hand gripper and zero for skipping rope, gloves and bag, could have included some useful items like push up handles etc insted of gloves and bag. Rods are some what rusty but good.

After 4 days of usedProduct is good.. All things I received without any defect, over all value of money.. but one suggestion- Buy if you are beginners. according to money product is reasonable, so I'm going to give 5 Star..

Horrible design and quality. The weights are plastic, and flimsy. They are uneven (one side is thicker than the other), has pockets of hollowness on it (will break if force is applied). The weights are deformed, and the 2 long bars (barbell rods) are very thin and difficult to grip. The short rods (dumbell rods) are ok grip-wise, but the bolts at the ends which hold the weight are made of plastic and on purchase 1 of the 4 had lost their threads and came off easily. After a week of use, the other 2 of the remaining 3 also lost their threads. Please do yourself a favor and buy another brand even if it's more expensive than this sorry excuse of workout equipment.

It's my second purchase of this Gym Set. If you ignore the Gloves and clips everything is very good and cost efficient.I am not sure why the seller is sellilng these Gloves in this set while he is unable to provide the quality Gloves. It might be possible he added these Gloves to attract the customers but they are of no use for Gym lovers however you can gift or donate them to a teenager(10-14 years) .Bag is not of any use. So please ignore that as well. Deducted 1 star due to these 2 unusable items .All other items are up-to mark and standards . Quality is good.Value for money. Perfect for Home Gym and Beginners.
