The suspension seat post made riding much more comfortable
The unit was easy to adjust an assemble. It also had a long post which provides a greater height range.The instructions are poor and incorrect. They say you can adjust the tension in two places. The knurled nob simply stops the inter rod from wobbling. If you tighten it too much it prevents all spring movement. The adjustment at the end increased the spring resistance. It was set at the minimum on receipt.

I weigh 190 it bottoms out as soon as i sit down if you are 120 or so i think it would fine.

I weigh too much
I really like that it fit my 2015 Schwinn Destin, hybrid bike. It also fit the beautiful leather seat that I have. I just weigh about 30lbs too much for this to work properly. This will work great for anyone under 200lbs. For the price it’s a super deal. The ones that’ll work for my weight category are gonna cost at least double the price of this one. It’s a little on the heavy side but what do you expect from a seat post that has a heavy duty spring in it. Mikie (needs to loose weight) Likie!
