This is such a wonderful set! Beautifully made. So elegant and graceful. Oddly enough the box it arrived in was a very plain brown cardboard box with some bubble wrap. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Would be a fantastic gift idea (thought about a few people who would love it). But maybe you'll want to wrap it nicely or put it in a different box beforehand. Made from very nice quality Porcelain the cup and saucer match and are quite beautiful. Apparently the cup can hold about 8 ounces of coffee or tea but I didn't measure it. Overall I really like it! Exquisite quality. No complaints!

It is Pretty on its own; but I thought I might decorate it. I had been wanting to make some fun “Alice In Wonderland,” Tea Party, Tea Cups. So I had been looking for some pretty tea cups with a nice shape and gold accents. These are perfect. I love that they are lead free, and non-toxic too. It is very pretty on its own. My saucer does have some little smudges on it, of the gold. I would probably pay $15.00 to $18.00 for this set.It is boxed nicely and would make a lovely gift. That is why I gave it 4 stars.the spoon is more of a stir stick, than a spoon.Overall, I am happy with it. I will probably get a few to make my little tea set.

I am not sure why the spoon isn’t actually spoon shaped so it is of use, but it’s not...it is like a little paddle, good to move your beverage around but worthless for spooning in sugar into your drink or taking a sip from. It is attractive with the white porcelain and the gold trim. This came REALLY well packaged, totally ready to be wrapped and given as a gift. One thing it says is it is oven safe, I'm not sure why anyone would put this in the oven, but...I do want to point out if you put this in your microwave oven you WILL have a BIG problem with arcing and you will ruin the gold trim….so please do not reheat anything IN this cup in your microwave.
