This is a great little book of art journaling prompts that make you think deeply into your past , your thoughts, dreams and wishes. There are an amazing range of prompts for you to ponder on and examples of the interpritations of the prompts.It inspires and kickstarts a page when your mind draws a blank but you feel you need to get something in your journal. It is simply written so as not to overwhelm you with information and ideas but written in such a way that lets you yourself bring out the art and words that are inside your creative soul!I think that this is a book that will be very well used in my art journaling

I love journaling and try my best to fit this around my busy life. I've got a new book ready to start and this book has been a lovely brain refresher to get a fresh start, I hate starting a new book for it looses its new book smell and pristineness, so I think that will be my first prompt, then my journaling addic tion should take hold and your prompts I shall keep in mind for when inspiration needs to be reignited.

On how to get going with a craft journal. I needed help with how to find what subject to focus on. Thanks

I thought there would be more depth to the prompts or ideas. To be honest there are only a couple that I haven't found for free on google images which disappointed me a bit. I'm glad it was so cheap or I would've been highly disappointed.

This wasn't quite what I thought. It was more about reflections on you and your life rather than sayings or quotes.

Great book for beginners. Plenty of ideas and lots of the author's examples to get one started. A good buy.
