Third time I come to use it the zip broke

This was replacing another cover I have been using for 2 years. This was thinner material, but I figured being under a covered deck that would not matter. Upon trying to zip it down for storage, the zipper broke off just like another reviewer mentioned who is using bungies to hold it together. No problem, I will just ask for a replacement/refund. Nope, Amazon nor this company won't accept returns or exchanges, even though it says on the product page they do. If I can't replace it, will probably have to sew some velcro to the opening. First bad product I got from Amazon, and I order a lot!

This is not on the list of items you can’t return on Amazon but for some reason this item isn’t returnable it didn’t fit our heater it’s slightly too tight and I can’t return or exchange it.

After installing, we experienced some decent wind gust that blew the pyramid patio heater over. We have experienced much higher winds and never had them tip over before. The cover creates a solid like object vs. allowing the wind to flow through.

Fit great and looks great. Wish it didn’t have the reflective tape band but overall still looks good
