When I first got the Unique Tennis Trainer, I was so excited to get out there and try it. It took me about one minute to get this thing in action, and the quality of it was great. You can play just by your self and get ralleys goin, or you can play with two people(which is way funner). The tennis trainer can be played anywhere or anytime, which is great when you go on trips or to your tennis buddies house. The best thing to do though when you get the trainer, is to fill it with sand insted of water, because it will sometimes move around. The only complaint that I had was the way that they put the string on the ball. There is a little piece of string on the ball and the string just goes into it, and then they just tied the string onto it. Well the ball would keep flying off because the string was tangled. The best thing that I did to resolve the problem was to get a hot glue gun and glue on and around the string. The other thing that I liked about the product was that it really does get in a workout while practicing tennis!! I was searing other tennis trainers and they all lokked the same, but all of them had a higher price. Do not hesitate to get this .It is the same as the others that you have seen.If you are looking for a tennis product that gets practice in while not being at a court, the Unique Tennis Trainer is for you!!!!

The boys loved it during the first hour of playing then the rubber string kept coming loose from the ball. Had to keep reattaching. I contacted the seller & within a few days they sent a replacement ball. For the price it’s really cool & a great idea. Just wish the rubber string attachment was more durable. Would recommend it come with a replacement ball. 😊Get Outlook for iOS

I bought this for my daughter, who is 9, so she could practice in our backyard, this improved her game significantly. This also improved her thinking time and speed. It did not break on us, but I can see how others would complain about this as the string is basically a 12 foot piece of rubber band, same width as the ones used in an office. It was only $11 dollars and I looked up the cost of the replacement string and ball which is $3 dollars. For the price it does the job its supposed to do and was inexpensive. The other options for similar trainers were ridiculously expensive and received low reviews. All the company would need to do to improve this is just add a more sturdier bungy string instead of a legit rubber band string and there would be less problems. If you need an inexpensive trainer go for this one it works great. My daughter has yet to break the string, but if she does I will order the $3 replacement.

This little tool is great for really adding some power to your swing. Because you're not worried about chasing the ball, you can really focus on getting a good hard swing in there. Downsides: if you are practicing spins along with increasing your power, the elastic gets all twisted. Also, the elastic breaks off from the ball fairly easily. I fixed mine multiple times by putting duct tape around the elastic after it's been threaded through. It is expected that you buy replacement balls for it if you use this for any consistent amount of time.So, all things considered, the payoff in practicing with it is great because it really helps you focus on power, but do expect to have to deal with the elastic.

I just started to pick up tennis, and I bought this to help supplement my training when I'm away from the court. This trainer works very well as it does allow you to practice your forearm and backhand, ad well as footwork. I just follow the techniques my tennis instructor explained to the class about proper follow through, and sure enough, if contact is established correctly, you can then rally the ball switching from forehand to backhand, while establishing proper footwork with this trainer. It does take a bit of getting used to as you are dealing with a ball on a kinetic string. That can lead to some strange ball behavior, but in the end, it will improve your reaction timing. The big plus is that you can take this with you anywhere, and use it anywhere there is some space and a solid floor for the ball to bounce. I personally use it on the basketball court at my local park because the surface is close to what a hard tennis court is like. This is a really good buy for anyone wanting to prwctice.

Been using this to practice tennis on my own driveway. Very easy to use. It could be difficult for people who never play tennis before but with continue practice this tool is really good. Cost effective and fun at the same time.

The ball trajectory is erratic and very different from actual tennis. The elastic bring the ball back to your side but when you are about to hit it, it brings the ball back to the other side so either you miss the ball, or you hit it but the ball is sent back to the other side from the hit of the racket but also the pull of the elastic, so the trajectory of the ball is not at all what it would be if there was no elastic pulling on the ball.It’s very hard to do rallies more than 2-3 hits because of the erratic ball movement, so we ended up hitting 2-3 balls with bad form because the ball was unpredictable. If anyone knows any drills that would make this usable for actual tennis training, please let me know.I really wanted this to work so I researched ways to use it and tried many things, but in the meantime, the return deadline past and now I am stuck with a useless gizmo in my garage.

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent product & value for money. I'm not a tennis pro. but used this as part of my exercise. starting playing tennis on my own and on the terrace. You don't need a partner or a large court to practice.

I bought this for my after school club children and they love it. It trains you to hit the ball quite hard and improve your racquet skills. I had one as a child around 40 years ago! Good quality product; you get what you pay for, cheaper ones that are not 'fill and drill' have shorter elastic, so the quality is substandard for those. I bought both but will have to extend the elastic on the lesser quality product. Still works very well though.

I love it so much! Its an excellent way to get your daily workout in. Once you hit the ball you never know what direction it will come in and it keep you on your feet at all times. It is way better than playing with another person. A lot of my friends asked me to buy it for them and once they got it they loved it!
