Save your money
Yea, I wore it once and then it wouldn't stick again. Even managed to zap myself a bit on my stomach since the “glue” that holds this to your abs was no longer conducive to an electrical jolt. Just threw it out since I couldn't return it.

Made cheap!
Listen I am a fitness freak and I use these types of muscle simulators on and off, this tore the very first time I put it on my abs just peeling off the plastic to the sticky part and then the unit goes off doesn't stay on and do the full training. I put in to have a refund and they haven't responded, I did file a claim. The motto is buy one that is more expensive because it is made with good quality and will last! I learned my lesson well on this.
