Quit working during first use. The return and refund process was easy though.

Doesn't work
I just got it yesterday. It turns on, but it doesn't heat at all. I tried multiple heat settings. It says the fan is on but I don't hear those either. I tried plugging it into other outlets. Nothing worked. Waste of money.
