The media could not be loaded.  I’ve tried lots of different ways to colour sponge cakes and this is by far the colouring I’ve used. The colours are vibrant in the mix and get brighter during the bake. Great quality and really easy to use, you only need a small amount which allows one tube to last for several cakes. I’ve also used it for icing and it works just as well. The colouring doesn’t detract from the taste and it looks great! Well worth the money.

I am so pleased with these gel colours, I purchased them to bake my first rainbow cake.When I added the colour to the cake batter the colours were vibrant and I hoped it would remain this way once added to a hot oven.When I took the cakes out of the oven I was impressed with the strength of the colours and it was the same shade and strength of colour throughout.My only critiscism is that purple is not supplied in the pack, however I did know before I bought the gel pack as it was clearly stated. I had to purchase it separtly from another seller, purple is a colour in the rainbow so it is a little odd for it not to be included.I would still purchase this gel pack again, because the quality is good and I did not have to use a lot of each colour, so it is value for money.

I can honestly say these are the best food colourings I’ve used! I needed bright to make my black cake pop! And I wasn’t disappointed in the slightest… even better I only needed a tiny amount to achieve these results! I would definitely recommend!!!

I had never even heard of this brand, until I took an online cookie decorating course. The instructor suggested using this brand. Wow, where have I been? This stuff is great. You need just a small drop of it to create a very rich, deep color. I have used other brands but this one is my favorite.
