Perfect for low carb breads/doughs
I have been using this to make my keto/low carb breads for a few weeks now and it works great! I don't really think that there is too much to say about an herb like this, but it is rather indispensable in my kitchen now that I am baking low carb as you can mix it into whipped egg whites to make all kinds of breads and buns and pizza crusts etc. I think it is a great price for the amount and I love a good glass jar so that I can just keep replenishing as I run out.

I use this to mix my own baking powder. It seems to work fine, and I like the glass container. I think it costs too much, but all consumers are slaves to market greed.
