If you've been hovering over this wondering if you should get it, it is by far the best quality window perch I've gotten. Do it. It is pricey but it's worth for what you're getting. The suctio. Cups are quality, the frame is quality even the cloth.

The top and bottom suction essentially carry this large unit. I purchased the townhome so my kitty can have multiple levels. From what i have noticed the middle suctions do come loose every now and then but as long as the top and bottom ones were put on well it will hold up. I'd recommend checking it every other day or so especially if you have active kitties just to make sure it is staying. I did clean my doors and then wiped it with a wet cloth, follow instructions for best use haha.

I've purchase a few K&H products now, and they have all been high-quality. This product was no different.Getting the one negative out of the way: the suction cups can be a pain to align. If you're doing this alone, prepare for it to take slightly longer than you would expect.The townhouse is HUGE. I have pretty large windows and the product takes up most of the space. With that being said, it's pretty easy to fold-away if needed (to put blinds down, etc). Just detach the bottom cups.Beyond that, I have nothing but positive things to say. My cats absolutely love it (once they got used to traversing it). Both of them sleep, nap, and play in it and I've noticed no issues with sturdiness or fraying. They previously fought over a single hammock, but now they both enjoy the window!

My boys took to the townhouse right away, however it was way too small for my 10 lb and 13 lb cats. They struggled going in and out of the holes on each shelf. They also couldn’t sleep on the shelves because there was barely room.

I originally purchased a single window perch (suction kind) to see what the hype was about. WELL... I soon had another... like within 2 days. We moved into a house with huge windows and I figured I'd try to get a multilevel one. I purchased this product and the 4 single story product on the same day, but only set up the non-condo one. The cats were ALWAYS on it... but it's in our bedroom and I felt badly about them being in there all day...so.... I finally set this one up in our dining room (odd, but it works). Now they love this one and use the bedroom one when we're in it. I have an almost 16 year old who sunbathes on the bottom and two 1.5 year olds who play with each other through the holes and different levels. If you're a multicat family- with space or with not enough space...GET IT!
