I had a problem with the plastic on the case and the customer service was excellent with this company. They sent a new replacement ASAP.

It fit my work phone perfectly and durable material

Have went from very good fit and durability, to sloppy fit and questionable durability, Basically went from good quality to questionable quality of 50/50 that it wears well, to it doesn't last long. I have purchased three of these the first was great still have it. changed phones and no longer fit. the second was "ok" but wore out rather quickly due to compromised construction. The third, does not fit well (too large of a fit always sliding off) and was obviously made as a " one size fits all" and its still a 50/50 on how it will wear due to its "vegan" material. Bottom line for me is, I will not purchase again.

In the past few years I bought a some great products from NakedPhone.But in this "case", it was way too tight fitting on my XP3 +, and stitches got very loose between clear plastic membrane and leather material.A fast reimbursement from Amazon.ca was truly appreciated.

The only good option for XP3 Plus. The factory OEM sleeve only fits the outdated model. This fits only the Plus model.
