INCREDIBLE Customer service (beautiful pendant too)
I remodeled my kitchen 3 years ago and have loved these pendant lights. They are substantial enough to not disappear in the view but also see through and add the right amount of appeal. We got Edison bulbs to go in and they glow up nicely inside. But what I am most impressed with is the customer service. 3 years later, I am sweeping and getting a little crazy with the broom handle and yep.. I hit a pendant and broke it ...badly. I reached out to customer service and was hoping to get a part number for the pendant glass piece (vs. whole assembly) and next thing I know I have an order confirmation - they were sending me a NEW assembly. I really can't thank them enough for that type of customer service. Thanks for making my life easier and my kitchen whole again. You guys are the bomb.

Beautiful lamp, difficult to install, but you will love it at the end.
The lamp is really nice, good materials and the customer support is amazing. I had found an imperfection in one of the bulb assembly, called it in and had a replacement the next day.Now the cons: it is not easy to install, you will need more then 2 arms up on the ceiling and be very careful with the glass, do not remove any of the protective sleeves, take your time, you will hate the lamp as you are installing it, but after that is over, you will be happy with the results.

Gorgeous rustic dimmable light fixture.
Beautiful light fixture for our kitchen. I love how the Edison style light looks in this fixture. Product came nicely packaged, but there were some slight scratches on the glass. Not enough for us to care though, makes it look more rustic. Not easy to install since you’ll need a second person to help you hold it. My husband and I installed it together and it was a balancing act because we were worried about the lights hitting into each other while we held it to the ceiling. A bit tricky to get the two screws in perfectly since you have to align them perfectly while balancing five lights. It’s gorgeous though and super unique. Reminds me of lights I would see at a bar. This fixture is dimmable too!

We love it. Exactly as expected
The instructions aren't great but if you have hung a light before it's super easy and fits into most pre-existing fixtures. Mounting bracket is easy peezy. Takes a little time to measure each lighting strand but it's a big deal. Most definitely is a two person job. It's not super heavy but heavy enough to where suspending it up over your head is heavy. We put Edison bulbs in and it looks awesome. Overall the quality is good and we are very happy with it

Beautiful fixture with some minor installation glitches
Beautiful fixture. Two problems:(1) It comes with about five feet of cord for each pendant. That’s great, but the wiring inside the wood canopy (which has a metal junction box in it) is all fully assembled with wire nut joints wrapped in electrical tape. I only needed 13 3/8” of wire to put the bottom of each bottle at the desired height. I just cut off the cables, re-stripped them, and used new wire nuts, but for someone DIYing it without an endless supply of wire nuts, disassembling the taped wire nut joints would be a colossal pain in the rear. The installation instructions are woefully deficient, but there isn’t much to it. The manufacturer includes an Allen wrench to loosen and re-tighten the set screws in the collars on the canopy that secure the pendant cables.(2) The fixture, like many island fixtures, hangs from a steel plate that attaches to the ceiling jbox with two 6-32s (tip: add flat washers) and four corner anchors. At each end of the plate, there is one 2” long 6-32 pointing downward and affixed with a nut. These screws are intended to pass through two holes in the wood canopy and be secured with decorative thumb nuts. I had the fixture completely assembled and wired, only to realize that the holes in the canopy were about 1/2” too far apart. This was obviously known at the factory, because the two 6-32s were splayed slightly outward. The angle causes the screws to be too short, so they don’t go all the way through the canopy. I ultimately used 2.5” 8-32s and ordered decorative knurled bronze nuts. Completely needless waste of time.(3). LEAVE THE BOTTLES IN THEIR FOAM WRAPPERS until the fixture is installed and securely mounted. You should also leave them in their styrofoam shipping packaging when moving the fixture around and when hanging it. I placed two plastic bins (one on top of the other) and the styrofoam packaging on top, which placed the fixture much closer - and supported the weight of the five bottles - while wiring the fixture.Tip: leave a few inches of extra cable inside the canopy for each pendant. There’s plenty of room. That way you can make adjustments to the finished product as needed. The end product is absolutely beautiful, despite the relatively infuriating mounting screw debacle.NOTE: Be sure to manually straighten the pendant cables while measuring length to set the height of the bottles. Once the fixture is up, it’ll take a few days for gravity to pull the cables completely straight. You may need to make some slight height adjustments once this happens. Normal for cable pendant fixtures.

In love with this light!
It looks amazing in my dining room. The few thing to highlight are the installation is very easy, the cords are adjustable and come so you get the right height. The light is so gorgeous that anyone would instantly notice it and give complements. Later I will attached a picture for you to see what am talking about. It shipped very quick as well and arrived packaged up perfectly for such a delicate fixture. Love!
