Product arrive quickly, within state time. The mascara comes is a nice cool tube. Lasts all day and washes off easily. I would live to see different brush choices as this one does cover and separate my lower lashes as I've been used to with another product! However, the ingredients list and environmentally friendly option at this price is my preferred option so I will buy from Mented again (their foundation & brushes are excellent!)

When I first opened it I wasn’t sure but honestly I love it!I have short lashes and with a primer this mascara is by far my favorite!!Will definitely buy it again.

I had an old one I used after all my store brands got stale dried up and clumped. I had it 2 yrs. It's never clumped and wasn't dried up. I used it after 2 years. I'm glad I held onto it in my makeup bag. Also I noticed an improvement in my lashes. Only thing is if you like your mascara jet black maybe it's not for you. Gives a real natural look.

This mascara smells like play-dough. The wand is very large and can be messy when trying to apply to the lashes. Often requires clean up. Does not layer well, and flakes in higher humidity. I feel there are better products on the market for less money.

Terrible! It was all clunky and thick when you pulled out the wand. Don't know if it was old or if that is normal for this mascara but I will never order it again and not recommend it. I really need to find out how to get my money back. A waste!

Good mascara. Good wand. Hasn’t clumped on me or in the bottle.

My success in ordering cosmetics on Amazon has been rather spotty -- either great or terrible products. I had zero expectations but high hopes for this mascara, and wasn't disappointed. Since I only use bristle brush mascaras -- none of those plastic brushes, thank you very much -- this mascara started out with extra points for that reason alone. I typically prefer tapered tip brushes with wider bases, longer bristles and more space between the rows for lash separation and control in layering coats; or curved brushes for curling lashes at the same time.This brush is a lush spiral with densely packed short and longer rows of bristles with a blunt end, which makes it thicker and harder to finesse the actual application, especially in inner eye corners. This type of brush can end up with too much product on it. This one was perfect because the opening is tight enough to remove excess product each time the brush is removed from the tube. So far, so good.Actually, I found the brush very easy to maneuver. Even though the end result wasn't quite the same as my favorite brush style, I was still sufficiently impressed with the brush and mascara. The quality is like L'Oreal's Lash Paradise, Revlon's Lash Potion, Maybelline's Total Temptation, Almay's Liquid Lash Extenders, or Maybelline's Falsies but at twice the price, or more. The amount of mascara on the brush was just right, and the mascara removed easily with my usual eye makeup remover. No particular flaking or any smudging, so THUMBS UP for this lengthening and thickening mascara. I don't usually combine lengthening and thickening in one product, but I was happy with this combo.The one thing I dislike, however, are waxes in mascara and lack of actual fibers for lengthening . Waxes are cheap substitutes and it shows in how the mascara lays down on lashes. The end result isn't as good for the consumer. Still, this mascara isn't too "wet", which tends to uncurl curled lashes and leads to clumping. The mascara builds and layers well without unsightly clumping. All in all, it looked good and I'm happy with the results, even if it isn't my favorite or go-to mascara. I will the entire tube, but probably won't re-order because of the price. Once my favorite Lancome mascara was discontinued and another by Borghese, I gave up and went the drugstore route where I can get a really good mascara for $10.
