Pack Challenge (Magnus Pack Book 1)

This book is what I've come to expert from Shelly. A fun story with likeable characters, a bit of drama, a bit of heat and a lot of fun. Go read it. It will make you smile.

I have this book in paperback but decided to get it on my kindle as well, and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed this series. I loved the friendship between Sara and her friends and also their crazy antics. I'm looking forward to rereading this author's books once again and I know I will enjoy them as now much as the first time.

I love re-reading Shelly Laurenston books they just have a way of drawing you in to the story and making you compeled to finish the whole series.This is a great book to get you started on the journey through the entire shifter series. I love how all the books are slowly interlinking with each other. Once i read this one i have to always work my way through the rest of the Magnus Pack trilogy then think about whether i'm going to start on the rest of the shifter books.With this one we have Zach a cranky alpha in the making and Sara a crazy girl who jumps in before even thinking about asking questions. Scratch that even after the fact she probably wouldn't event care what the answers are unless they involved her friends. They are perfect for each other in a very strange away.Its were it all began and i love going back time and time again :)

I've just finished this book and I did enjoy it. I will say that in my opinion the storyline was a bit weak and quite unbelievable but the characters were well presented and strong. Also very funny in places, loving the sarcastic squabbles between the girls.I feel there could've been more focus on the changes Sara was going through also the storyline possibly giving the story more depth and feeling to go with the laughs and saucy scenes. Still, it was good enough for me to want to buy the next one in the series.

I absolutely loved this. It didn't do the run of the mill true mate shifter story that is so prevalent in books like this. No, this was snarky, funny, sexy and totally enthralling. Sara and Zach were both fab characters along with everyone else in the book. Can't find fault with it at all. Highly Recommend.

This is just the start of an awesome series of which I have re read many times over but I feels it need to be read again.

I got this as a previous reviewer said it was as good as the Dragonkin series by G A Aiken (same author different name). I cant disagree more. I love the Dragonkin series, it's funny and full of interesting characters and dialogue. If I didn't know better I would say this was written by a different author. The characters are boring and predictable and the so called funny dialogue crude and childish. I won't be bothering with any more
