Bought as a Christmas present and its greatly loved! A cheap offering in terms of Damascus steel products and doubt its truly 'Damascus steel' in the the real sense ... but a great and effective knife non the less.

Razor sharp, fits nicely in the hand. Interested at how well it holds an edge but that will come in time.Super pleased!

This 7 inch knife is a nice size to use in the kitchen. The quality is excellent and the price is competitive. Comfortable to use and sharp. I've knocked off one star as, sometimes, food sticks to the side of the blade, whereas other knives have small indents ground into the sides to break the 'suction'. It's not a big deal though. I love using this knife.

I purchased this knife as a christmas gift for my wife so she hasn't used it yet.After receiving the knife I opened the box to have a look due to scepticism of the Damascus to price.Beautiful pattern and genuine feel to the layering of steels.As for sharpness, this knife is like a razor. Passes the paper test with ease.Very comfortable handle, great balance point and perfect weight for such a knife.A bit of investment into a presentation box would be nice but the box it came in is sturdy enough.It could do with a longer etch to deepen the contrast between the 2 steels.
