Inflatable seat cushion
It was like one I used during a recent hospitalization. Comfortable and easy to inflate.

Worth it for long road trip
We rode 9 hours straight with only breaks for gas and bathroom, these things made a big difference. Is it a magic cure for no sore butt? No, I find I have to readjust myself every so often to relieve pressure but it's so much better than paying $30 for something I'll only use a handful of times. The air didn't leak (we're big people, about 200lbs). If you're skeptic, do what I did and order an extra just in case. *pro tip- you could use one for your back also*My only complaint- if you're wearing shorts, put a pillow case on or over it LOL it'll stick to your legs.

Comfy
Purchased these for a music festival outside and they worked great for any break you need. Easy to blow up with your mouth and easy to deflate. Folded them up small and they fit into a fanny pack/small backpack

Good padding
The cushion is great for additional padding. Had one that did not last long due to a leak so I have at least 2 for leak emergencies.

Worked as it should
Bought for my MIL who had just got out of the hospital, she is severely underweight & this helped take the pressure off her tailbone. It didn't last long, about 2 weeks & even with her being 70 lbs it busted.

Just what we needed
The home health nurse recommended this cushion for my husband. It does what it needs to do - keep him from resting on the same spot all the time. My only (small) concern is the valve for pumping the cushion up seems like it might be a little uncomfortable to sit on if it isn't placed carefully before you sit down.
