DESPITE REPEATED REMINDERS THE SUBSTANDARD STUFF HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP DESPITE NUMEROUS RETURN REQUEST. IS IT SOME KIND OF FAIT ACCOMPALI ? The pillows don’t have the brand name and content mentioned. No percentage of type of feather or filling stitched with the pillows. The pillow covers are substandard. Stitching of the pillow covers is really poor, no interlocking done, brand name not mentioned. A fit case to take it up with consumer forum. Unless the above are taken care of I will not suggest the item to be bought.
