Way too liquid
I am used to this brand making more concentrated softener than that.Too liquidThe smell is nice but it is way too watery to leave a nice scent to the clothes.Even if you put 2 full caps in a machine load, your clothes barely smell of softener,Won't buy again sorry.

Received with busted cap and fluid everywhere.
Received this box today and exterior didn’t look too bad. Opened to discover the cap broken on the bottle and the plastic bag it was wrapped in full of liquid, and inside box covered in fluid. Attempted to report as damaged for replacement and system said it was not eligible.

Long lasting smell
Kept my clothes and beddings soft and smell good. Stored beddings smells good... used to using the musk fragrance, but this one is better...
