Great
Took this product to Korea and it worked without issues. It does a gradual warm up before reaching full heat. It doesn’t have auto shut off. It provided enough coverage for lumbar or mid-back, not as large as some USA options but it provides heat for pain relief which is what I needed. Level 3 is high 2 would be medium. Now, I have a heating pad for future travel and it will work for the listed voltage.

Perfect
My wife was traveling to Belgium and needed a heating pad, this one worked really well. The plugs and wattage worked well.

Norstar two prong plug
I bought this heating pad as I’m a flight attendant flying weekly trips to Europe. This heating pad seems like it has a plug that is the two prong type that will fit in Paris. I haven’t been able to try it yet as I’m home in USA right now. It is the older style of heating pad. Plastic type body that has a cloth cover. I blew out one of my own lovely sunbeam is heating pads last week in Paris trying to use it with a step convertor. The hotel had no big converters for larger electronics. So this heating pad will probably do the job. I do wish there was a way to order better quality heating pads directly from the various countries. When I go on amazon.de and find one I like it invariably says doesn’t ship to USA. I’d like one for Amsterdam and Sydney too. With so many world travelers I am sure there would be a market for these. Or a step converter meant for high powered electronics. Mine did say not for high powered electronics. I just decided to try it anyway. It worked but ended up overheating my sunbeam. Overall I think the nordtar will work okay in Paris.

Worked well overseas
I took this with me to the Mediterranean this past spring and it worked with no issues. It actually gets pretty hot so I used the lower settings the most often. I will take it with me on all my trips where there is 220v needed.

Ok
I really like not having to carry additional equipment to make my heating pad work in Europe. This heating pad is ok. But it only has three settings and it has no auto off. Feels a little cheaply made, but it does do the job.It is overpriced for what it is, But heating pads that work in Europe are hard to find

Great for travel to Europe
I bought this specifically for my wife for our travels to Europe. The heating pads made for use in the USA are 110 volts and did not work well even with a voltage converter. This solved this dilemma for my wife.

DO NOT BUY
I travel to the EU quite a bit for work and was really loving this additional travel necessity in February. However, this trip (March) the heat pad would not turn on or show the number settings in the window of the control. I was only able to use it for 6 nights before it was stored for 3 weeks on the top of my closet and that’s all the use I got out of it. To say I’m disappointed and annoyed is an understatement. Do not buy.

Heating Pad was very low heat!
I was very excited to get this 220 heating pad.Had to wait a few weeks to use it in Europe (couldnt test it out at home with only 110)and even though it had 3 settings, they were all low heat: very low, medium low and low!Good quality cover but heating levels were very disappointing!
