I've struggled for months trying to find a strapless bra that not only fits but flatters. I'm a shallow 32C and believe me when I say bra shopping is tough. This bra works almost perfectly because it has little cutlets sewn in the base which help to fill me out as I"m on the small side. I took a star off because I'm just a little too small to fill the C cup perfectly but the B cup was too small. This is as close as I'm going to get to a perfect bra. I also like that the back is connected by a wide strap with 3 eyelets so it feels solid and stays up.
