Very nice watch. Not too big or too heavy with a simple design and easy-to-read time (which is important for a watch). The connection between the watch and the phone (Android in my case) was very easy to make and is very stable. It is possible to deactivate certain functions that you do not use and to choose several wallpapers including a personal photo if you want. From the application I highlighted a question I had regarding the battery. Someone from customer service contacted me and quickly answered my questions. I was really impressed with the quality of service.

The blood pressure monitoring doesn't work properly you can't trust it. But the rest of the watch is good.

Good size, but this would not track my seated elliptical steps. The screen kept flashing on and off with no discernible way to keep it steady. The chosen watch face would also change without me doing anything. Returned for refund.

I have had this watch for less than a week and have found it comfortable and informative. I am tracking my sleep, activity and health functions. It has synced easily to Google Fit and my Carb Manager app. I didn't know if I wanted to wear a watch constantly but it is quite comfortable on my wrist. The battery lasted a long time (about 5 - 6 days of constant use).I tried to do the extended warranty online but it didn't accept the Amazon code. The supplier reached out via email and said they noticed I had trouble. The asked for the code via email then told me they had extended my warranty. I did not initiate this...great service!Overall, I am very happy with this watch, price point and service from supplier.

I initially bought this watch for 2 reasons --1. The fact that it allegedly offers tracking SLEEP - as a Naturopathic Doctor I wanted to know how I am sleeping especially my REM sleep2. Hate the Huge Square - Arm consuming shape of the Apple Watches -Liked the shape of this watch ... Classy and have received many compliments re it's sharp shapeHOWEVERThe other side of the coin is set up is not easySecondly... One thing I HATE about it is they have taken the control away from the owner and the face of the watches changes to a face that I do not like and do not want - and cannot seemingly control what face I want on my own watchFinally and most Importantly - on my watch the Sleep Report - quit on me in less then a year...I bought another - one more try - hoping this one will last the Sleep Report and the shape were my major reasons for purchsing this watch...YET ... I also purchased one for my Husband as he to was excited about the Sleep Report - and his watch from the get go - The one area THAT DOES NOT WORK AND DEFECTIVE FROM THE BEGINNING IS THE SLEEP REPORT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL ON HIS WATCH...We are trying one more time - if the sleep report malfunctions again...Well, their competitors will profit from their inadequate design!!
