I bought these 4 storage containers for light and dark brown sugar, powered sugar and chocolate chips/nuts. You can fit a regular 2lb. bag PLUS half of another bag of each of the sugars per container. They also come with measuring cups and labels and a marker. In addition, I like to be able to reach in the containers to measure out the contents. (Don't like pouring out to measure.) These are what I was looking for, they're great!

I needed a container to store 2 lbs of peanut powder. This exactly fit and the wide mouth made getting the peanut powder from the bag to the container a much easier task. The lids are a bit difficult to seal, but that might be due to my lack of strength. Happy with my purchase!

I wanted to love these, and at first, I thought they were okay for the price. But, truth be told, I hate the lids. They don't close well. I have to have to fight with them to get them closed. The lids don't line up quite right, so they don't snap into place without having to fiddle with them a lot.I bought them to put candy in, but the lids are such a pain to get on and off that the containers wound up sitting on a table, unused. The container itself is acceptable, but the lids just make me crazy. Unfortunately, I didn't consider returning these until the return window closed. So they will be going to the thrift store. They would be acceptable if I weren't taking the lids off frequently. Just not quite what I was after.
