I paid full price for this item, I did not receive any type of compensation for this review. I was looking for ANYTHING that would help my Italian husband with a big Italian nose, stop snoring. I am a very light sleeper and any noise will wake me up, especially snoring. I know some of the reviewer's before me indicated that this didn't work at all. Maybe the snoring problem they were trying to solve is a mouth breathing snoring issue, in which case these wouldn't help. My husband is a nose breather and I think his big nose was falling in on itself at night, half joking but that has to be part of the problem because this strange looking torture device(he called it when he saw it) SOLVED THE WHOLE PROBLEM!!! After he put it in, he admitted that he didn't really notice it after a few seconds, it stays in his nose all night and there is NO MORE SNORING, except from maybe one of the dogs. He also hated to admit that he feels more rested in the morning, since I'm not waking him up all night making him turn over and because he is getting better oxygen while sleeping. I'm a nurse and wanted to try this before we did the sleep studies and CPAP, etc, that I didn't really think he needed anyway. So, bottom line, if your problem is NOSE snoring, in my opinion, these would be worth giving a try. They are soft silicone and wash and dry very easily. I only wish you could order several of them in the size you needed instead of getting 4 different sizes.

The majority of my family are all big snorers and we’ve tried different products like the chin strap and nothing has worked. Came across anti-snore vents and was skeptical, because like others have mentioned, I doesn’t seem like it would really open up the passageway further up the canal. Decided to give them a shot as nothing else has worked throughout the years.My husband has been wearing them for several days and I’ve had to check to see if he's breathing because he's so quiet! I’m sure results will vary for each person depending on their blockage and condition, but this has drastically reduced the amount of snoring.Make sure you find the correct size: was uncomfortable at first and would fall out and had to try smaller size.Pros:- Seems to really help reduce snoring (doesn’t fully fix, but it helps)- Comes with 4 different sizes to ensure a good fitCons:- As these only go partway into your nose, I don’t think they’d fix blockages that are far up in your nasal canalOverall, I was skeptical these would help snoring because they don’t address problems further up the nasal canal, but they really seem to help and are worth trying.

My girlfriend has started staying over my house allot more and she's an extremely light and sensitive sleeper and she complained about my "apparent snoring" issue that I was really unaware that I had. I've tried everything the last few months, to help with my snoring - the sling; various mouth guards and inserts; pillows and the such. No of it worked like this. Instantly the first night in use, it worked. very comfortable and actually increased the quality of sleep. Whenever she spends the night they definitely go in and I will start to just use them period. I highly recommend this product...especially for the cost. Before you even take a sleep apnea test and buy those cumbersome and expensive machine and parts...try this. It might change your life and circumstances.

Epic. I trusted the reviews and ordered... SO GLAD I DID! This works, and is amazing. I am able to sleep through the night now...Before, I would wake up every few hours. Now, I am able to breathe freely and sleep very well....ahh. So nice. I feel rested. If I am extremely exhausted and sleep deprived (due to work, etc), I will snore, somewhat, but never like before. All other nights, it's a VAST IMPROVEMENT. My Dr. opted out of sleep study and cpap machine because she believed I needed more free breathing (allergies). So, I am on sinus medication and always felt wasn't getting enough air. (Even w/CPAP forcing air through w/b difficult). These give me the "edge" and open up my passage. So grateful and feel so much better for such a simple thing I thought might be a contraption! :) (I figured for such a small amount of money was worth a shot since the reviews supported it working for so many others...you should try it - it might work for you, too...).

Ohh, it was worth a shot. ^_^ Did not help at all. Just made my nose feel more stuffy. I have a deviated septum and allergies, so the deck was stacked anyway. No hard feelings.

I've tried all different sizes and positioning. These haven't helped with my snoring at all. Still searching for that cure for the snore.

They work ,but I prefer cutting the attachment tab that connects the two together, I need them to go up a little higher , better than using nose spray, been using that for 30 years, NOT GOOD, these are great! Wish I knew about this product sooner !!!

Works wonders and I definitely sleep much better at night now. I'm not stuffed up and snoring so I can sleep deeper.
