Received a totally different case, it doesn't even have a holder for the S pen

To the seller, please help me understand why you think it's ok to charge 43$ Canadian for a cheap, flimsy plastic case. I was beyond shocked when I received this case. 43$$$$!!!!!!! Why , I wouldn't even pay 20$ for what I got.I honestly thought I'm buying a sturdy, nice case for the price I paid. Smdh 😡

Do not buy, a great idea, but screen protector isn't glass, I took the front cover off to wipe dust off inside of glass and barely touched it, it cracked then fell out. That's when I realized it was plastic.. I've owned many tempered glass screen protectors that have broken.. I know the difference between glass and plastic..Second, the color of the case isn't the color of the plastic. The actual case is clear plastic, then coated which ever color.. The corners and edges of mine 2 months in at clear. I originally thought it had cracked, nope just clear plastic.. After a while it will look like crap..Don't waste your money..I tried contacting them for a replacement and got no response at all..

The case felt like cheap plastic.The s pen holder dropped my pen many times, I lost my s pen because of this.The screen it protector, let in some dust I guess which scratched my phone.The case it self wasn't designed well, the case made the volume button and power button hard to use.I went back to my Samsung silicone case.

It's a great phone case for the s-pen storage. I bought it for that reason since it keeps it out of the way of the wireless charging contacts. That said, the front screen protector that is built into it is really poor quality. It scratches super easily and now I can hardly see my screen. This just from taking it out and putting it into my pocket of my jeans. If they fixed that issue, it would definitely be 5 stars

Overall build quality is pretty cheap. After a few months it's already peeling a layer of plastic off. It isn't smooth when opening and closing the phone. It feels like it's getting hung up on the case. Overall it's OK.
