Doesn’t take 250 microns
So I paid a bit more for the brand because I have had a paper cutter from the same brand for about forever and it’s been really hard wearing and I’ve had no problem with it at all - anyway, that’s why I thought it would be worth paying the extra but turns out I was wrong! It’s no better than a cheap one, and even tho’ it says that it will take 250 microns that is confusing because it will only take 2x 125. So when you buy the pouches that say 250 they are 2 x 250 and therefore too thick for the machine, they don’t come out well. So I’m a bit disappointed because I now have a whole bunch of pouches that I can’t use and a machine that cost far more than it needed to!

Seemed good start with but jammed after 6 sheets
I can only award the minimum stars based on my experience here and if the fault has been mine, I'll re-visit and update.Although I bought this laminator back in December 2020, I have only used it three times. The first was back in June where 2 A4 sheets were processed successfully, then a few days ago 2 more A4 sheets worked fine.Today however an A4 thin card recipe was half way into the machine and veered off centre and became caught up inside, it was ruined when I reversed it out. I tried a 90 gsm A4 sheet to see if the card had defeated the laminator but that too did exactly the same. A further test using just an A4 pouch has left it jammed inside and has proven unejectable when using the hopeless unjamming lever. This levernon the back of the device looks totally unlike that featured in the manual which is described as a Reverse Feature, so I presume it does just that but it is not a switch as such and has to be held in position which is somewhat inconvenient if you are holding the exposed part of a jammed sheet with your free hand.I followed all of the usual procedures. I note that there is a 2 year warranty from Amazon so I'll see if I can get it sorted.

like 10mins, and that was annoying for me since ...
Bought as a replacement for another laminator. It took AGES to warm up, like 10mins, and that was annoying for me since my previous one was pretty efficient. After about 7 pages of continual laminating, it jammed my work and wouldnt release. The jam release does not actually release. Had to wait till it cooler down before i inserted scissors (do not do this!!!) and released my work. No it just crumples everything. Really dissapointed as i spent over my budget for s good one.

Disappointed.
Before the academic year in Sep 2015 my wife and I bought a Swordfish 330LR A3 Laminator to allow us to do our laminating at home so that we were more prepared. In the first year it worked perfectly an we were delighted but in the last 6 months it has started to laminate erratically and not evenly. Now it has got to the stage where it doesn't laminate anything fully and large parts of the pouches are left unsealed. We are looking for a way to resolve this issue as we were big fans of the product at the beginning but we feel as if something must have become faulty somewhere. Furthermore, I don't seem to be able to contact the seller to try and resolve this in someway. Pretty disappointed with this product given the hassle. We'd like to get a response back if possible.

Don’t laminate anything of importance
Did everything right followed the instructions even bought the protector to put through with the pouches to keep it extra safe. Used the protective pouches and it didn’t stick together, put it through without the pouch and it got caught and ruined the whole thing.
