I don't like to write reviews but I don't mind speaking on this product. I am going to be honest that I dont really use it as directed, i take it as a daily supplement once a day but it has helped in my daily weight control regiment...i feel it has helped me maintain my weight not saying in losing weight but in the gaining..i have to believe if I used it as directed maybe it could but sometimes it's hard to take twice a day as i might forget or schedule doesnt permit it ..lol...For me overall it has been a great product that I will continue to use. Not sure if this helps or not but there you go :)
