Not as easy as it looks
I just got my hoop and tried it out a few times just for only a few mins here and there just to get the feel of it. I got it with hopes it would help me tighten up my middle a little. It will take some practice to get the weighed little bag to make it go constantly around without it stopping it's not as easy as tictok and other videos make it look. Definitely going to have to work at it for awhile before I make a video other than all that once I get it figured out I will give an update on it. As of the quality of the device it is nicely put together it comes nicely packaged it just as described in advertisement if you haven't forgotten how to huluhoop then your golden yet us that have forgotten how to it's going to be moreof a challenge a good buy

GREAT QUALITY!!Good packaging, instructions clearly mentioned in the manual. Indeed a fun way to lose those extra pounds,best part is that it can be used on various waist sizes.My husband and I both enjoy this weighted hula hoop.Highly recommended

Works as promised
Easy to use… I can feel the burn after only 2 days of use. Sturdy… easy to assemble…. Fun

Size is inaccurate
The weight is awesome and it moves smoothly around the hoop. It doesn't fit a 50" waist, mine is 46 and it's very snug.
