Really sweet product. I bought 3 for the family babies all having their first Christmas. Initially I was disappointed as they were dull but realised after reading others comments they had a protective film on them.I found it very difficult to get off until I blasted the top of it with a hair dryer on a fairly hot heat. You need good finger nails but once you get a tiny bit off to grab, it comes off easily in one go.Even with the difficulty getting the film off & there was no notice of this sent with the product I still give it 5 stars as they are lovely & a great price for a stocking filler.

Brought for a friend, haven't given it yet. Craftsmanship is ok, but noticed a bit of acrylic sticking up on the rim of the bauble, and unfortunately the writing has a white border around it. Still a lovely gift, and handmade/personalised.... maybe I'm just really picky?! But I'm sure she will love it when received.
