Merci Handy Deodorant - Vegan, Gluten Free, Cruelty Free - Aluminum Free, Sulfate Free - 1.9 oz (Hello Sunshine)

This is my favourite deodorant and I have tried a lot of them.

I normally use natural deodorants and find that most last me a few days. This seems like a good compromise between a natural deodorant and one with some smell. It smells nice. It’s like a roll-on in consistency so it feels wet on your under arms. That’s fine but it’s not personally what I prefer.I’ve tried it on dry skin and wet skin and the effect is the same. It lasts about 24 hours on me, after which I need to reapply. I prefer deodorants that are natural and last for 48 hours or more. They are out there! But this is OK and it’s a nice smell and an OK deodorant overall.

I love the scent of this deodorant when you first put it on it just sings summer but not too overwhelming and the deodorant is really eash to use. It does have a very thin protective cap under the lid, so remember to take that off as it's easy to believe that this is the top of the stick when infact it's not. Once I have used the stick I do put this little lid back on as it stops the stick from drying out before adding the larger lid back on top too. Sadly the scent doesn't last long but the protection from the deodorant keeps on going and it doesn't go flaky when on the skin nor does it stay moist and slimy (hard to explain but feels more like a moisturiser on your armpits). With any stick like this I initially just wet the skin lightly in my armpits and then apply the stick. This helps put a little bit of moisture between you and the stick to help it to glide more easily and not cause the feeling like pulling sandpaper across. So much more easier this way as without you may get sore ( I learnt the hard way on this and found the solution years ago after reading a review from another item ). The stick is a light set honey colour that will last a while and hence why such sticks are more expensive to buy than the cheap supermarket roll ons but worth every penny giving you peace of mind that these are cruelty free and vegan so no animal was tested upon or was the product made from any animal derivative.

Have been testing a few different brands of clean deodorant, was so pleased to see this one at mecca to try!It actually works and smells good. Note this deodorant is natural so your body may need adjusting if you're used regular deodorant like rexona. etc.A little side note: the brand is completely cruelty free (always a bonus)would 100% recommend this product!❤️

Smells good and doesn't make me itch like most other brands do, very happy.
