Quality has plummeted
I've had 6 pairs of the 65t earbuds. I've loved their sound quality, durability, and battery life. My most recent order arrived on 11/6/24, when I encountered my first problem. With a full charge, neither left nor right earbud would turn on when they were pulled from the case. The buttons did not function and thus, they were a paperweight. Shortly thereafter, I contacted Amazon for a replacement, sent the defects back, and have now received my new earbuds. These new earbuds also, have no functionality. Buttons on the earbuds still do not work. Per my order information, I've already received a full refund, but will be keeping an eye on that to make sure I don't get billed. After roughly 7 years of using this brand, I've unfortunately been forced to seek out a new brand due to quality control failing to deliver a product that works.

Defective equipment
This is my 3rd pair, I lost the first pair. I loved them so much I bought a second pair. The 2nd set left side started to go bad. I bought another pair and this left side is defective as well Jabea please help amazon sending out defective equipment

Good ear buds
Ive tried alot of ear buds,cheap,off brand,exspensive,name brand and these are the only ones that have lasted more than a dew months. Most of them 1 ear goes out,staticky,hurts ears,bad connection,boots you out of bluetooth,take 1/2 or more to connct but not these! Sound is good and loud,i only bout these cause my others ones fell and i ran over one of them. Only compliant I have is that they tend to fall out more,like if you have a hoodie or hat ontaking clothes on and off over your head so just take them out when putting on and taking off clothes as far as winter hats and hoodies no solution.

Connection Issue
Could only ever get one earbud at a time to pair with my phone. Returned them. Too bad because they looked and felt great!

Out of the box defective.
Learned this is a common problem. Left ear bud is inoperable. All the trouble shooting just yielded frustration. Back they go.
