I have tried so many protein powders and it is and this is the only one that doesn't make me feel like crap after using it. It's kinda chalky if you don't add milk and i wish it had a stronger chocolate flavor. But overall a great product

It is grainy, not much of a taste so that's good but it's a big scoop and getting it to blend is hard. I'm thinking about splitting it into 2 shakes a day so I don't have to use the whole scoop at once. The size is good for the price.

The taste is not that good but if you add it to some Almond milk, put it in the freezer it could become a delicious morning smoothie. I take it instead of breakfast whenever I am too busy or late for work

I love taking a shake to work and drinking it around 1:00. Helps hold off hunger till dinner. I mix with coconut milk and it is delicious!

This product is actually pretty good. The taste is very minimal when I blend it in my daily harvest smoothies. I recommend!

I’ve been taking this for months now (combined with exercise and a better diet) and haven’t lost any weight. However, I’ve always had issues with constipation and I feel like this shake helps with more regular bowel movements.

This is my 3rd package of this wonderful powder. Taste not strong and cant taste the nasty stevia that other powders have in them

I stopped having migraines. I tried this product three times each time I got a migraine headache. Otherwise, my appetite was suppressed and I do believe it can help with weight loss. For most it’s a great product. There another review that discussed caution with migraines in more details.

I like the taste. I can only describe it as a "fresh" coffee taste. I am a bit confused though, as I have been using other Garden of Life powders for a long time, but the scoop that came with this was twice the size as normal?!? Anyway I only use this in the evening as a small nutritious meal for my intermittent fasting lifestyle, together with some magnesium and potassium citrate. I make it in a 750ml shaker bottle and I add some stevia drops (Pink Sun) to add sweetness. I don't use the huge scoop, so I hope this will last a bit longer than 10 meals, but I think if you are using this as a total meal replacement you will definitely need the whole large scoop to get the right amount of calories and nutrition, and possibly make it with almond milk if you don't have a nut allergy.I did a lot of research on these meal replacements, and although I hate how much we have to pay for this in the UK, I really believe the ingredients make this the best one out there. My favourite is the Vanilla, and the chocolate can be a bit gritty.

The formulation is designed to be mixed-in with water, dairy milk or more usually with vegan alternatives such as almond or soy milk, and acts as a meal substitute.Some people don’t like the taste but I find it fine, even flavoursome and appetising. Personally I am sceptical about the claim that it ‘burns fat’ but being protein-based it definitely reduces hunger and will help build muscle mass if you exercise regularly when taking the substance as part of your diet.The one gripe is that this substance is expensive, as it’s made to very high standards in Florida and has to be imported; if it were half the price, I would award five stars. But hey, generally you get what you pay for.

This is ok for a quick fix after a gym work out, its low calorie which is great and Organic which I love, however it is a bit chalky and sweet, you get used to it after a while, but I think I will try some alternatives in the future as I am sure there must be better out there

The taste to sweet and strong and pungent, other than that I good quality, and really helped me with hunger and craves

Pricey ... wasn't for me although tasted good.I'll stick to my kale blend.
