Rarely do I write reviews but because these are a supplementary treat for dogs, I thought I should. There's a vague smell of ammonia about them which doesn't mean they're off but probably made from the skin of fish that are less than fresh.I wanted them for health & tooth cleaning purposes as my dog's on a raw diet but there is ZERO crunch to them. As another buyer said, they're almost like raw hide and twice I've had to retrieve soggy skin from the back of my dogs mouth otherwise he might've choked. Not great!If you want a safer option and cubes that have a healthy crunch and smell of fresh fish, get Maltby's. They're sold on Amazon but just take care to read what you're buying and don't go by the picture because they look identical to these. To echo the same reviewer, I wouldn't give them away as they're a potential choking hazard. Straight in the bin and £24 poorer for the experience!

the dogs love these and I should have read the description - their Huge and my dogs are not small! we've reverted to the small one (thumb nail cubes) which can be given as treats.

The media could not be loaded. I emailed their customer services after purchasing these a few times with issues. I recently bought the medium sized cubes and they were the same size as the small which wasn’t a big problem but not the right size for my size dogs. So I ordered the large incase the sizing had changed. I received the large and the fish cubes aren’t fully dried. So they become like rawhide does, soft and prone to my dogs not being able to break it up small enough to swallow without choking. I raised this in my email and I was only offered a replacement if the bag had not been opened or used. Until opening the bag you don’t know what sort of quality you’re getting so I’m throwing away £23 worth of dog treats. I can’t even donate to one of our local rescues due to them being a choking hazard. I asked if it was a supply issue and they said no. I’ve probably bought a bag a month for the last couple of months and recommended them to friends. I will be finding a new supplier as they’re not the quality or size they used to be and doesn’t sound like their customer services are interested.
