This kit is a perfect tool to control overeating. A habit that so many of us struggle with. Thank you Ms. Clark. This is exactly what I needed to purchase to avoid expensive weight loss programs.

PROS:•Portion control is already done for me; no scales or traditional measuring cups needed.•Microwave Safe.•Design was thoughtfully crafted. The bag itself is smaller than I'm use to... but that's b/c everything the kit comes w/ packs in together very compactly.•Love that the compartments are labeled for men's use on one side & women's use on another.•Dressing containers are for multi-use purposes & they're stackable!•Came w/ an ice pack & a clothe napkin! Woo-hoo!•For hot & cold items.CONS:•Utensils are too long & too small for my comfort level. Although I'm sure this would help me to slow down when I'm eating-- slower bites = full faster-- I am simply not a fan.•The glass containers can get heavy if I carry them for long periods of time but I still prefer the glass over plastic.•The fabric color of this is purple. This colour is fine w/ me but I wish it came in black or grey.•As much as I love this product (so much so that I've recommended it to my friends), I don't like the price tag. It's a little hefty for me.

I would have given a 5 star….the only complaint was that the lid doesn't seal after one wash in the dishwasher. I have to be careful of what I pack so that nothing leaks.I love the concept of the portion control compartment for the meal container, love the gostak and the bag.

Portion control is truly the key to weight loss. You can pretty much eat what you want so long as you don't eat too much. To that end this kit is a help. The lunch box is sturdy. There are a number of components including sectioned dish, containers for sauces, condiments etc. Also included is a large black cloth napkin and an ice pack. Missing from my set was the cutlery. There is also a downloadable eating plan.This set is helpful. Each component is nicely made and easy to use. Quality is decent though at the current orice of $125. it is a bit dear. But it is handy and easy to use.
