It does work, yes it does, but unless you commit to a recommended 3 week treatment same spots everytime. For me this was a simple task to do, for some well they tend to wonder off the road at times, ( Hubby). I see tremendous changes in my left knee not perfect but not lay in bed and cry kinda pain.i was actually able to stand longer than usual, because the big pain wasn't present, but like all things it doesn't last, but to have some relief is better thanNo relief. Geelim. Gee. Get this brand if you're thinking of delving into the world of red light therapy. Why? Because everything inside this kit arrivedin tip top shape! Quality made, not cheap. The dark glasses are decent, not poorly made and not a scratch on them.I'm still new in the red light therapy world, but I do feel colored light therapy can do wonders for pain or discomfort!Similar to color in our clothing or even our food! Color makes a difference!I got this kit because I figured it might come in handy the next time anyone suffers from a tight muscle in the neck or shoulders..Color light therapy is another tool to add to my toolbox.😊

Worked fine for one month. Power button no longer works and it will no longer turn on. $65 paperweight.Follow up: Two months after posting this review the seller contacted me out of the blue and offered a working replacement.

I unscrew it and remove the battery to turn it off.Put it back together to turn it on.annoying, but not worth the hassle to return it.Other than that I use it every day and have not noticed any pain relief, yet I remain hopeful and continue to use it.
