This was a Mother’s Day gift for a huge Friends fan, and she loved it! The quality is great, and has held up to almost daily use. She only hand washes it and tries to use it for mostly just water, but she says she’s very happy with it.

Had it on shelf for decor started using for ice water rinced it literally twice and the purple is chipping off 💔😭 no option for replacement cause of return date ...very sad DONT RINSE IT

I love my cup but after waking the lid no longer closes. It's a double layer lid (one is the cute to you see the other has the threads that tighten it on the cup itself. They're no longer attached together so it can no longer be closed.
