Hydrogen Water Bottle Generator with Certified 5000 PPB SPE PEM Technology (8.5oz Tritan)

I've used the 5000 ppm model for 11 months. I love this thing! My random cramps have disappeared. I sleep better, feel better, love it! And then it started to leak. Gearing up for a battle over the warranty, I contacted Ocemida through chat. Wow! I explained how i love my hydrogen water... it's taste, how simple it is,and now, what was happening. To my utter surprise, the service agent replied, "No worries, we'll send you a new one." He even offered an adapter so I can breathe in the hydrogen instead of drinking it at bedtime so I'm not running to the wc all night! Love my 5000 ppm pro and Ocemida!! Thank you so much!I just gotta say, recently customer service seems to be non-existent. It's really quite sad. But Ocemida is a beacon of light in a dark world. Thank you for making this customer feel special and grateful she chose YOU!

I bought it in advice of my brother who is a scientist PhD. I have long covid which zapped me of all energy for almost 2 years. Needles to say I was skeptical, as I tried everything under the sun to get back my health. After using it 2-3 times I, all of a sudden, felt that I can do so much more! Before, I was laying in bed like a log but after I used it, I felt better and was able to clean the house! I used it 2-3-4 time a day instead of 1 or 2, given my CFS. It is truly miracle that this technology can do it. My brother used his special equipment to check the quality of water and he said it was really good amount of hydrogen in it. Muscle pain also eased. Highly recommend!

The bottom part of the unit stopped charging. Let's see how the replacement process works. I will update the review when I receive (or not) the replacement to Northern Europe. Thank you.EDIT: Do not charge from laptop USB (low wattage) or smartphone's supercharger (too high power). I used both and they broke the charging circuitry. Instead buy basic old Apple phone charger, it provides 1A power which was recommended by seller.

In theory it’s a great product. Easy to use. Makes great water. Don’t think the battery last that long. But I think they have misleading advertising. After I bought it. I did some more research. The nasal cannula should not even be an option. Their product only puts out a flow rate of 5 ml. If that much. The flow rates needed to do any therapeutic work is like 250-400. There is no way u would would get that with this product. So why advertise it. I even put the cannula under water to see how many bubbles you go and it was a joke. You also can’t even drink enough hydrogen water to make a dent on what you would inhale with a good machine. So I say invest in a good inhalation machine and just drink the water as needed. So for what you get I returned the product.

I never write reviews, but the service has been amazing! I absolutely love the product and have experienced more energy and zero gout flareups since drinking the hydrogen water it produces, and the service is white glove! All of my questions were answered via text the same day. It's such a breath of fresh air to do business with a company like this.

I love it! Also makes a nice desk decoration. Customer support is timely and responsive. Good vendor and will buy more of their products.
