Updated review after some use:The battery low voice comes on after long periods of charging. These buds obviously are not charging properly and die quickly. The docking charging case and buds are defective. Do not order this product.I will attempt to get customer service with respect to this item. They just powered off, after hours of charging, they lasted for about a half hour, if that.The volume is quite low, and the sound is tinny. Other than that they pair after a bit of searching, but they do pair. They work well and are okay, average for ear buds. I am not super excited about them as they are small but still don't fit well in my ear. This could make a huge difference in sound quality as well. There are only one size in this package. I was hoping these would be small enough for me, but they are not.4 stars.

So far I LOVE these earbuds. I do long runs (up to three hours) and these last the entire time. I did a test and let them just play and they lasted nearly 5 hours (lots of variables with that, volume / etc, but these last twice as long as other buds I have used). The only part that could be improved is the bass (it is lacking); these are ok for music, but better for podcasts and audiobooks. But overall love 'em!
