Disclaimer, I just got this product so I will update later if I need to. When I first got it, I opened the box and I didn't have a charger which is fine because I found one that works with it. Sometimes when I open the moon, I have to bang it against my bed for it to work. For an hour or so, the lamp was stuck at the bright red, which I didn't like but it fixed itself. I only have the cool white, not the warm white which sucks because that's the one I planned on using the most. On the instructions it said to change from cool white to warm white, you need to click a button but my moon doesn't have that button. The remote works nicely and the shipping was fast. The stand color is whiter than in the picture, and it doesn't look like wood as much. Overall, for this price, I think it was fine but my expectations were much higher than this.

Was so damn excited when I ordered this because my daughter loves the moon. Well when I plugged it up there was no switch to turn it on like the instructions said.

I love this little lamp and it has a nice home in my lap colletion. I feel that this lamp is substantial enough to fit in the collection for many years. You know that feeling you get when you find the right item, that is what I felt when I opened this lamp. I was worried that it wold feel too flimsy or temporary yet it does not.I will look for a base that resembles the legs of the lunar landerrs or something more "space age" oriented as I prefer a base that is ore seamless with the style of thelamp, more so than the little three piece snap together wood base.Please do not get me wrong, the base holds the moon and takes about five seconds to snap together yet it gets lost beneath the moon and I worry that the moon will go rolling off.So go ahead and get one of these as it is a great littel night light and its a converation piece if used as decor in your main living spaces instead of your bedroom.

I like this little moon. It offers a nice little glow for a room and I keep it by the window so I can see it brightly glowing as I drive off in the early hours of the morning. The options are all encompassing for something of this nature - change the color or intensity of the light and different color cycling options. The remote is simple but slightly cryptic but the incredibly brief instruction "manual" does let you know what the buttons do. I don't believe there is a timer though my review template is suggesting a rating for that function.There is mention of a button but it does not exist. This means if you lose the remote or it stops working, you'll have to throw it in a box until the rechargeable battery dies to turn it off. I leave mine plugged in so it is always on and, come to think of it, I don't know where the remote is.My main criticism of the light is that the texture of the moon does not have enough contrast to make it look more like the moon (craters are hard to discern, especially on a brighter setting). Many probably won't care but I like the look of a more realistic moon - size excused.One important thing to know is that the "lamp" comes with a charging cable and NOT a charger. It is USB and will plug into a computer to charge but I suggest getting a wall adapter and simply leave it plugged in...with the remote close by.

This product didn’t have a button to turn on, as described in the direction. Clearly, the picture shows that there is not a metallic button to push to turn the lamp on. Thanks for nothing.
