I don't throw it on the floor to dissolve though, as the steam doesn't contain the scent long enough. I will set it on the shower shelf, occasionally run it under water, and inhale the vapors closely. When it's nearly dissolved I'll allow it to finish dissolving in my hands and rinse my neck and shoulders with the remaining precipitate, which allows the vapor odor to persist.

Smell good, no effect for the skin, easy to use, you only need to put it in tube when showering, it makes the whole body feel refreshed!

Was not ill or congested. Just wanted some nice aromas and a good, restful shower. They do let off a nice scent. Tablets dissolve fairly quickly but you can move it around to make it last a little longer. Had years ago used Sudafed shower tablets (they stopped making them). Those were much stronger and lasted longer. I do not think the overall strength of these tablets would help much with actual congestion. You need other things in addition to this tablet for relief I think. Yes, as another review mentions, you do need to cut open the tablet package for ease of use. The price is a bit high for me, even in the 12 tablet size that is more complicated than the smaller options. Will keep my eye out for sales or something.

There's nothing better than a nice hot shower when a cold has exploded in your head! I love the vapors this adds to a shower. Breath again with these shower steamers! Highly recommend!

Wish they had more scent power. They don't last very long and they do cost a lot - in my opinion. Wish they made a magnum version with more smell and help for colds.

Love using theses when we are coming down with a cold. Smell is perfect

We LOVE these! We used to use eucalyptus bubble bath in the tub when we were feeling under the weather. This is basically the grown up shower version of that, really helps to relax or feel better when not feeling well.

Clears up the nose but can make the shower slippery

Barely any scent comes out - pointless product.
