Perfect for Moana.If you are short, this is a pretty long wig on. Keep that in mind.I am 5'6" on a good day and well past the shoulder blades.Tangles a bit easily, but I mean it's a wig.Just do your best to avoid wind.I haven't washed it yet, so I wouldn't be able to tell you about that.Came with a hair net! :)Beautiful. Silky. Good weight.Was a little snug once all my hair was braided and tucked under, but everything stayed in place.I didn't see in clips, and everything stayed in place.I was constantly sitting down, getting up, playing with the kiddos, bending down to have conversations with them.So Yea the hair stayed in place and I was a very believable Moana.

I feel bad giving this only 3 stars because nothing is wrong with it per se, but I didn't want it to seem like this wig is professional grade either. It's a great wig for a costume, cosplay or even day use if you're experienced enough to style it to make it look more authentic. But it is an affordable wig off Amazon so expect that kind of quality and you won't be disappointed. The texture doesn't look super "real" up close but should get the job done well depending what you're using it for.

My daughter needed a wig for her Tahitian performance because I ended up cutting her hair during this pandemic thinking there will be no performance or shows. So I bought this wig and trimmed the bottom cause it was too long for her size. The front looked funny, like you could tell it was a wig from the hair line but it was okay since she’ll be wearing a head piece. The back was perfect!!! It was thick and looked like her natural hair if I braided it for shows. Loved it and I didn’t have to braid her hair the night before, all I had to do is put this wig on!!!

So the front hairline is a little thick, but since this is for a costume and not daily wear it doesn’t bother me a bit. This thing is THICK and has a lot of volume without being very weighty. The wig cap is not visible at all unless you tip forward and go looking for it. The elastic in it is good, I easily got a secure fit by adjusting the bands.The top is a mermaid-ish sea green, the bottom is lime. For length reference- I’m 5’11, it’s a very nice length.

I’ve bought a fair amount of wigs off of Amazon, but this one is by far the most frustrating. It arrived a tangled mess, and I had to trim, style, and recurl the whole thing. In the end, it looks nice, the colors are good and as advertised, but it tangles like NOTHING ELSE. It constantly matts itself up, and the strands are very thin and almost sticky?? Worked in a pinch, but you’re better off finding another one.
