I've never had an eye massager before, but I suffer from migraines and allergies regularly. This thing is a GAME changer. It's literally the difference between me going in for a shot or NOT. I love the heat and after you figure out the controls, it's super easy to use. I always run it with the volume SUPER low. It feels great and the timer is wonderful. The instructions are also easy to understand, which was a big perk for me since... well I tend to only use them at the last resort. (I had to use them because I couldn't figure out how to change modes on my own. Simple once you read the instructions.) Worth the money. Your eyes will thank you! It absolutely helps with under-eye baggage and puffiness too! (It's helped my dry eye a little even!)

I wish there was an option to turn off the music. However in general it’s a great massager!
