I bought this to help get rid of the gut. I am an old athlete and I still workout extremely hard. This vest does the trick. It gets rid of water weight that's a for sure and does not roll up. Easy to wash, just run it in washing machine and hang it up to dry. I've started finally after a shoulder injury to workout at home and get 10,000 steps. I wear the vest thru the workout and walk(IN Florida) 1.2 to 1.5 miles after workout with this baby on. It actually cools me down and I sweat at same time on the after walk. Highly recommend it for the quarantine 15.

It is excellent. I've used it for running and doing some sit-ups and it works great. I do not recommend to wear it for eight hours.

I would say mine is a little tight, but I did order the size a little on the smaller side to get more compression. I was not expecting it to work so well though. I mean just... WOW. I can feel the body shape taking effect and when I got done exercising I had sweat maybe 5 times the amount I would have without it. Great product and will buy another when I need one!

Got my husband a size larger. It fit him perfectly. Great quality. The length was long enough to cover his belly. Sadly I had to return it because it had a zipper on the right side that did not stay up & kept pinching my husband’s skin. The description did not mention a zipper at all.

This makes for a great workout shirt! I was so pleased to receive it it fit perfectly and it makes you sweat. It’s well-made easy to put on and takeoff and it does the job!

I was doubting the ability of the product but not even a minute on and i was getting sweaty,looks feels and works great would recommend.

Good quality fits like expected

I didn't like the metal zipper. I purchased this for my husband and it had came unzipped and his skin got caught in zipper. Very painful.

More padded than I expected but to be honest, I am glad about that as it provides more sweat. It certainly is not a vest you wear under your clothes, strictly for workouts as it sticks out quite a bit.Provides good quality heat to burn sweat on the skin which is great for weight loss and cardio workouts.If you need to get shredded, I recommend this vest.

The picture makes the top (not the abs duh) look better than the actual product.. it's nice if you have a slimmish build like me but the fabric feels weird and it doesn't look much like the one in the photo... i don't wear it much anymore if i'm honest

The product was too small and fee not fully refunded crap. Please don't ever purchase this item.

I followed the advice of the seller about size, which was a mistake. The seller advised to take smaller size, and now is far too tight.
