Axetos Axetos00231 Kitchen Scissors, 8.27 x 3.54

Not as sharp as I thought they'd be. Won't work for what I bought them for. Customer service contacted me and were very helpful. Even though the shears won't work for me, I think they might work better for someone who doesn't want to cut something that is very hard. I can recommend this company, because of the exceptional customer service.I've changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars because of the excellent customer service.

I purchased these shears in 2017. They are sharp and work great to this day 2022/07/25. Came back to purchase another as a gift but unfortunately they are not available anymore.

POOR QUALITY, the cheap rivet and screw came apart after fewer than ten uses, no matter how mush you try to retighten the screw, the rivet is defective and is loose, very bad design. It was a great blade design so why waste it with a cheap rivet at the most critical point?. Who puts a rivet sleeve and plastic washer on shears to hold blades together at the axis point where all of the movement is???? These were used very light on herbs, lettuce etc.... very disappointed

Did not stay for long. Screw which holds the two parts of scissors loosens up quickly even after tightening multiple times.I would rather suggest not to spend too much and go for regular use scissors.If you are buying thinking that this would last for couple of years then you will be disappointed.

I bought these to replace kitchen shears where blade had become dull over time from use. A nice bonus on these is the serrated edge which came in handy as I was removing the 'silver skin' from a skirt steak. As I lifted this very thin transluscent skin, I used the serrated edge to take this skin off a little at a time. The bottle opener was another extra bonus too as we only have one at home so during a party we used this as a second source for bottle opening. Good price too.

The grips on the scissors I had for many years finally broke and so I had to buy a replacement. These Kitchen Shears are the greatest for everything I need to cut around the kitchen. I really like having the protective cover for the blades since it is so easy to accidently cut yourself on exposed blades. So far I have used them to cut some heavy cardboard that the old scissors could never have cut even part of the job. I really, really like these shears.

First impression was very positive. Sturdy, heavy feel in the hands. Very sharp edges to cut cleanly every time. However, barely 2 months later, the two blades are coming apart at the join point in the middle of the blades, creating a gap between the blades that makes the scissors unusable. This is with hand washing only (we don't have a dishwasher) and light use. Very disappointed.

There are stains after I use it no more than 1 month, because of that I can't use to cut some food materials..What it describes really doesn't match what I get.
