Seems accurate and reliable
I've been impressed with it for determining pitch speed and also for exit velocity off a tee. I place it behind the net and hit/throw the ball directly at it. I did not try to use it to measure speed at an angle. I put it on a camera tripod.

Good product
Good product, easy to use, only problem it gives an odd false reading.

good
I'm satisfied.I'm not sure about the range, but I guess the front is about 1.5 meters and the side is about 50 centimeters. From golf balls to vehicles, it seems to be recognized

Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work well and it’s very, very inaccurate.
Es un desperdicio de dinero. Poco preciso y corto alcance. It's a waste of money. Poorly accurate and short range.Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work well and it’s very, very inaccurate.

Not sensitive enough for pickleball
I tried to use this sports radar device to assess and increase the speed of my pickleball serve. Unfortunately, it was too insensitive for the task, only registering the speed of balls that passed within ~1.5 feet of the unit; all other balls were "unseen". (I placed the device just behind the top of the net ~23 feet away from me, as indicated in the instructions.) Overall, I was pleased by the unit's price and design: hand's-free operation, large display, small size and weight. (I didn't try the voice feature.) I had no way of gauging its accuracy (other than the tuning fork calibration), and it was impossible to assess its precision and repeatability because of the variability of my serve and how few balls were measured. Perhaps a tennis ball or baseball works better than a pickleball (due to increased mass?). I would certainly try again with a more sensitive unit.

Great for disc golf
Bought this to see how fast I was throwing disc golf discs. Thought it was broke at first because it kept blinking the same speed over and over again but realized it was being set off by a commercial furnace that was behind me. I use this right behind a baseball net and works perfect.

works great for hockey with some protection
I know that it has had a negative some negative reviews for hokey use. I just needs to be protected And not everyone has access to NHL grade glass. It does read very well behind glass I work at a rink. So cutting down a broken sheet was simple for me. Fits inside the net. And several kids hit it hard and they loved it. Just moved some in the net repositioned every now and then with a stick It is fairly accurate. Hard to tell when 2 or 3 pucks are shot at it all at once.

Great Radar for the price!
No complaints with the Net Playz unit - for hockey/lacrosse style setup. I have the unit directly behind the net and added my on tripod sits in middle (height and width) of the net. No issues on signal interference, has read / recorded almost every shot towards it. The only few missed, was because I shot two shots very quickly before the unit had a chance to reset (it takes a second or two between shots). Relatively accurate readings - I'm not a pro - so I am only interested in reading +/- a few mph or kph. Honestly, for the price paid (just over a hundred bucks) - this unit is excellent for the backyard. I love the fact that it is one-person operable with the voice option call outs (don't need a 2nd person pointing the radar) At this point, I know there are other units for many times more expensive, that would give perhaps 'more accurate' readings - but to me it doesn't matter much if my shot is 80 mph or 82 mph - it's good enough for me to know it's low 80's. (I ain't planning to turn pro!)

Fatto bene e pratico

The media could not be loaded.

Useful, Sturdy Piece of Equipment
Seems like a well made unit that won't fall apart with a few uses. Hard to determine if it is accurate or not, but it is consistent, which for it's purpose is what is most important. We use it for hockey and it can be placed safely behind the net. Had to adjust the angle and point it slightly angled to the ceiling to avoid measuring the wind-up on a slap-shot. Very useful for teaching different techniques and how much more effective proper technique is. Also good to keep players engaged, trying to outdo one another or their personal best. Keeps it engaging. At this point it has been a worthwhile investment as a training aid and as a novel item to keep things interesting.
